1. What is the RLA-CD1 Reolink Dock?

The RLA-CD1 is specifically designed for Reolink battery-powered cameras. It enables you to connect up to two power sources simultaneously to a single camera, thereby extending operating time and boosting charging efficiency.

Key features:

  • Dual input, single output: Two USB-C input ports and one USB-C output cable for powering a camera from two devices at once.
  • With a built-in temperature and humidity sensor, the RLA-CD1 can display real-time environmental data in the Reolink App (only on supported camera models).
  • Stackable charging efficiency: For example, when connected to two 6W solar panels, the dock can provide up to 12W of charging power, significantly reducing charging time.
  • Extended battery life: When connected to dual RLA-BP1 battery packs, it drastically improves camera uptime—ideal for remote areas with inconsistent sunlight or long-term surveillance applications.

2. Compatible Cameras and Power Accessories

Compatible Cameras

Compatible with All Reolink battery-powered cameras with a Type-C interface
(excluding Argus Eco and Argus Series B320)
Supports real-time temperature & humidity display with Reolink TrackMix LTE Plus 2

Compatible Power Accessories

The USB-C input ports on the RLA-CD1 support:

Note:
When used with the Reolink TrackMix LTE Plus 2, the dock is compatible with the original battery pack of the camera. In this setup, you can connect an additional RLA-BP1 or a Reolink solar panel to enhance the power supply. The dock does not support powering the Reolink TrackMix LTE Plus 2 camera solely with two solar panels, since the camera does not have an internal battery.

3. Installing the RLA-CD1 Dock

The RLA-CD1 supports both wall mounting and bracket mounting (bracket mounting is currently compatible with Reolink TrackMix LTE Plus 2’s bracket only).

Before Installation

Check the package contents and familiarize yourself with the dock’s structure.
